1.How to evaporate:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses vacuum
pump to keep the system in a high vacuum state(<5000pa), so that the
temperature of the material liquid boiling is reduced to between 35-40 oC,
thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation effect.
2. How to heat exchange:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses heat pump
technology to provide energy for evaporation. Its energy consumption is only
used to drive the compressor to run, which greatly saves energy consumption and
achieves more than 90% energy saving
Vacuum heat pump evaporator
characteristics:
1. Plug and play, no additional steam and cooling water is required.
2. Compared with traditional evaporation
technology, heat pump evaporation technology can save more than 90% in energy
consumption.
3. Ultra-low temperature evaporation. The
vacuum degree is above -0.095Mpa, the evaporation temperature is 35-40 oC. More
suitable for heat-sensitive effluent. For corrosive effluent, the degree of
corrosion of the equipment is minimized, and the life of the equipment is
greatly extended compared to traditional evaporators.
4. Modular design. The structure of the
equipment is more compact, the area is small, and the assembly operation is
fast and convenient.
5. Fully automatic control, one-key start,
automatic feed, automatic discharge, material break alarm.
6. Low failure rate, stable operation,
extremely low repair and maintenance costs.
Process description
1. Effluent flow:
The effluent is sucked into the evaporation
chamber under vacuum. Turn on the heat pump compressor heating and condensing
cycle system to heat the effluent and condense the vapor, so that the effluent
is continuously evaporated. In the process of evaporation, it is continuously
feeding through vacuum, ad automatic liquid level control;
After the effluent is evaporated and
concentrated, it reaches the predetermined concentration ratio, and the system
automatically turns on the pneumatic discharge device to transport the
concentrated effluent to the storage tank. After the concentrated effluent is
drained, the system automatically restarts the feed evaporation mode to perform
a new round of evaporation;
PLC automatic feeding, automatic control of
liquid level, automatic discharging, material failure alarm, etc., continuous
evaporation without manual operation.
2. Vapor flow:
The hot refrigerant heats the effluent, and
the water is vapored. Then the vapor from effluente goes into the condenser and
make heat exchange with circulative water from compressor, and then condensed
into water. Finally the condensed water is discharged out of system by
condensate pump
