Working principle:

The raw steam in to the plate heat exchanger and heating the water to keep a set temperature which required ,then use the hot water into the evaporator machine to heat the products ,so it can avoid the steam heating product directly ,can keep the hot water heating temperature uniform and in low temperature ,so it can keep the product original taste and activate .

The whole system can be control by PLC ,so the heating water temperature and evaporator temperature can keep very stable ,so it can keep the products original taste and aroma.can make the output product in high quality.
