3.Basic performance characteristics

 1. Adopting screw (customized according to bottle size) for bottle feeding, stable and reliable

2. Bottle jamming shutdown alarm (a torque limiting device is installed on the shaft of the bottle feeding turntable. When the bottle is stuck, the host stops and alarms, and the fault is manually resolved before restarting)

3. The upper cap adopts a hanging cap mechanism, and no bottle is not covered. The qualified rate of the upper cap is high to ensure the qualified rate of the rolling cap

4. Adopting a capping head mechanism, each set consists of four knives (two knives for sealing and two knives for rolling threads)

5. Host variable frequency speed regulation, button type operation platform or touch screen operation platform

6. On the bottle feeding conveyor line, if there is no bottle, the host will stop and if there is a bottle, the host will start

7. Stop the host without a cover on the lower cover rail, and start the host with a cover

8. The material lifting machine equipped with lids can store more lids in order to reduce manpower for replacement. (When there is no lid in the lid trimmer, the signal material lifting machine needs to be supplemented. The lid trimmer is equipped with a proximity switch device to timely transmit the signal to the material lifting machine.) (This is an optional option)

9. If the bottle delivery line is connected to the rear equipment, stop the host when the bottle is full, and start the host when there are no bottles to prevent bottle blockage (there is a light eye control on the bottle delivery line)
