Solvent Botanical Herbal Tincture Plant Extraction Machine means it is using the extraction equipment to extract the active ingredients from the herbal raw material via solvent ( ethanol ,methanol ,acetone etc )
Working Principle：
1.Dissolution or dilution method:
Take the herbal or natural products powder or flow extract, add the specified concentration of ethanol, dissolve or dilute, stand, filter if necessary.
1.1.extraction tank : which required need single layer double jacket .it can charge the raw material and solvent into this extraction tank ,also have the residue material discharge system ,the jacket can be heating to the dissolve process much fast .
1.2.duplex filter or centrifuge machine ,it is used to remove the particle or powder in the tincture solution .
1.3 transfer pump : it is used to transfer the product to outlet for storage .
1.4 storage tank : which is used to keep the tincture solution .
2.Impregnation method:
Take appropriate crushed medicinal materials, put them in a covered container, add appropriate amount of solvent, stir or shake them, soak them for 3-5 days or specified time, pour out the supernatant, then add appropriate amount of solvent, soak them until the effective ingredients are fully leached, combine the leachates, add the solvent to the specified amount, then stand for 24 hours or much long time , and filter them to get the tincture

3.Percolation (diacilation ) method:
According to the method under the item of flow extract, percolate with proper amount of solvent until the outflow reaches the specified amount, stand and filter to get the tincture
