Usage:
Instant Type UHT Sterilizer equipment is used in/for instantly sterilizing the fresh milk, fruit drink,Beverage, ice-cream, sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk, alcohol and other Liquids of food and drinks; and some other fluids pharmacy.
Working principle:
Generally, materials are preheated by centrifugal pump into the hot and cold material heat exchange device in the sterilizer, and then through the high-temperature barrel full of high pressure, materials are rapidly heated to the sterilization temperature and kept for about 3 seconds before and after this, in which microorganisms and enzymes are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, and the general temperature is lower than 65 ℃. If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, the requirements can be achieved by adjusting angle stop valve or circulation, otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharging is controlled by a throttle valve, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the maximum temperature under a certain pressure. During normal production, the valve is adjusted, and the pump driving force overcomes the spring pressure to produce back pressure to control the flow. When cleaning the sterilizer, all valves shall be opened. The circulation storage tank can be used to prepare acid and alkali solution to effectively clean the fouling on the inner wall of the coil. Due to the use of stainless steel three-way cock, the flow can be properly adjusted.

5. Because the heat exchanger with cold and hot materials is designed to have the economic effect of waste heat utilization, the steam consumption is small.
Cleaning of equipment:
CIP is adopted for this equipment. Do not disassemble the parts during cleaning. The purpose of cleaning is to remove the scale on the wall of the heat exchange coil, so as to improve the heat exchange effect and equipment capacity. In general, it must be cleaned once for 6-8 hours in continuous use. In special circumstances, if the production capacity is significantly reduced, it should be cleaned immediately.
