Usage:

Working Principle:
Rotor Pump depends on two synchronic rotators.The two rotators are driven by a pair of outer-set synchronic gear boxes and the transmission shaft .They move synchronically in counter-clockwise directions.Which consequently,builds up high vacuum capacity and emission pressure.
Selection of driving mode:
1. Motor + mechanical friction CVT:
The speed change of the transmission is realized by manual adjustment, which is characterized by safety, reliability and stepless flow adjustment. The disadvantage is that it is not automatic adjustment, which is troublesome. The speed adjustment is carried out in the operation process. It is not allowed to adjust the speed under the shutdown state. Its use and maintenance shall refer to the manufacturer's operation manual.
2. Motor + setting ratio reducer:
This kind of transmission method is simple, with large torque and constant rotor speed, which also determines the non adjustable flow.
3. Frequency conversion motor + frequency converter:
This way can realize the automatic adjustment of speed, that is to say, the control and adjustment of flow. Its advantages are high degree of automation and large torque at low speed. The disadvantage is that the price of frequency converter is high. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance.
