alcohol solution is first preheated through the pipeline in the distiller, which also has the effect of enhancing reflux. The heated solution then enters the top of the separator and runs down the distiller to meet the rising steam. Volatile substances arrive at the Distiller in the form of steam, and liquid waste flows out from the bottom of the separator.
In the distillation column, the continuous occurrence of reflux and distillation process means that the liquid composition on each distillation plate is consistent. As a result, the distiller always knows where to collect the fusels (near the bottom of the distillation equipment), what the alcohol concentration is above each layer, and where to collect the methanol. This equilibrium system can be maintained as long as the temperature gradient can be maintained, and the amount of substances flowing out of the distillation equipment is equal to the amount of alcohol solution continuously added. In this way, the distiller can obtain the parts of head, heart and tail at the same time. The head can be discharged in the form of liquid, or in the form of gas at the top of the distiller, and then be condensed and collected. The core can be discharged from any distillation plate, depending on the alcohol concentration and style of the product; fusels are also discharged. After the head and tail will continue to the next process to get the remaining alcohol. Finally, it should be noted that if there is liquid accumulation at the bottom of the distiller, they will be recovered to the top of the separator. This step, in fact, can be imagined that if the separator and the distiller are a large tower, then it is the next layer of the situation that will happen.
