Wiped Thin Film Evaporator Machine is equipped with a heating steam jacket outside the shell and a rotatable scraper inside. The scraper is driven by a rotating shaft in the center of the cylinder. After the feed liquid is added along the tangential direction from the upper part of the evaporator, driven by gravity and rotating scraper, a downward rotating film is formed along the inner surface of the shell. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom ejector, and the secondary steam is discharged from the upper part through the demister. The outstanding advantage of this evaporator is that it has strong adaptability to materials, and is suitable for evaporation of high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy scaling, suspended solids or heat sensitive liquid.
Machine Composition :
It is mainly
composed of heating jacket and scraper. The jacket is filled with heating
steam. The scraper is installed on a rotatable shaft. The gap between the
scraper and the inner wall of the heating jacket is very small, usually 0.5-1.5
mm. After preheating, the feed liquid is added along the tangent direction from
the upper part of the evaporator. Under the action of gravity and rotating
scraper, the feed liquid is distributed on the inner wall to form a downward
rotating film, which is continuously evaporated and concentrated in the process
of falling. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom, and the
secondary steam is escaped from the top. In some cases, the evaporator can
evaporate the solution to dryness and get the solid product directly at the
bottom.
Characteristics:
The
equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest
structure evaporator abroad. It can also form film under the condition of small
flow. The sediment in the treatment liquid attached on the inner wall of the
evaporation section of the cylinder can be quickly removed by the movable
scraper. Compared with the scraper evaporator with fixed gap, the evaporation
capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It has the following properties and
characteristics:
1. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient is high, the evaporation capacity is large, the evaporation intensity can reach 200 kg / m2 · HR, and the thermal efficiency is high.
2. The heating time of the material is short, about 5 seconds to 10 seconds, and it works in vacuum, which is more beneficial to the heat sensitive material, and keeps all kinds of components from any decomposition, so as to ensure the product quality.
3. It can adapt to a wide range of viscosity changes. High and low viscosity materials can be treated, and the viscosity of materials can be as high as 100000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove can adjust the material handling time in the evaporator.
5. After precision boring and polishing, the inner wall of evaporation section cylinder is not easy to produce coking and scaling.
6. It is easy to operate, easy to adjust the product index, and can be automatically controlled for continuous production under closed conditions.
7. The equipment has the advantages of small floor area, simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy cleaning.
