Pure steam generator is composed of evaporator, preheater and electric automatic control part. In order to ensure the quality of pure steam, the evaporator adopts a unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation, gravity settling, wire mesh demisting.
working principle:
The qualified raw water is pressurized by multi-stage pump and then enters the preheater through flow meter. After heat exchange, the temperature can be 10-15 ℃ lower than the heating steam of evaporator. Then it enters the evaporator and is sprayed on the inner wall of heating pipe through the material water distributor to make the material water flow in a film shape in the pipe, and is vaporized by the boiler steam. The secondary steam with water drops will enter the three-stage separation device from the lower end of the heating pipe After separation, pure steam is generated. The conductivity of pure steam condensate can be detected online to check whether the pure steam is qualified. After the evaporator of boiler steam is condensed by the heat absorbed by the raw water, it condenses into the condensed water of boiler steam, which is used as the heating heat source of preheater. The preheated raw water Zui is discharged from the non condensed water outlet of preheater.
